Is there a free plan?
Every new account receives 3 free credits. A character design costs 1 credit and an animation costs 1 more, so the free credits cover a design, its first animation, and one extra design or animation.
What does a credit buy?
One credit generates one character design. One credit animates an approved design once. Retrying a failed generation is free, and downloading your exports in any format is always free.
What happens if a generation fails?
You are not charged for work that did not finish. If a design or animation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically and you can retry it or try a different motion.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits from a subscription renewal are added to your balance, and credits from one-time packs stay in your account until you use them. If a subscription ends, you keep the credits you already have.
What are credit packs?
Credit packs are one-time top-ups for anyone who wants extra credits without a subscription, or before the next renewal. They cost more per credit than the matching monthly plan and never expire. Each plan has a matching pack: 100 credits for $22.50, 500 credits for $58.50, 5,000 credits for $178.50.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from the billing page in your studio. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the cycle you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Card details are entered on their secure checkout and never reach our servers. Dodo handles taxes, receipts, and invoices for every purchase.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Choosing a different plan on the billing page starts the new subscription; the old one ends at its next billing date so you never pay for two overlapping cycles.
